a 24-hour, 7-day per week basis. A live individual
–not a machine – will answer your
phone call and you will receive a return call
from your local representative within 2 hours.

Delivery - Delivery on rental
equipment is guaranteed within 4 hours (plus drive
time) of request. |

Service
Location - Service will be
provided via our direct Service Center in the
local service area. |

Infection
Control - Our factory-trained
Service Technicians strictly adhere to CDC guidelines
for infection control. SIZEWise Rentals, L.L.C.
has written infection control policies and procedures
for the handling of equipment at the hospital
as well as at the Service Location. |

Quality
Control - A “Quality
Control Checklist” will accompany every
piece of SIZEWise Rentals, L.L.C. equipment. This
checklist documents the complete quality control
procedure performed on each piece of equipment
prior to delivery to your facility. |

Rentals, L.L.C. can provide Patient Assessment
Tools and Protocol/Product Selection Guides to
assist the nursing staff in making patient-specific
choices. |

Regulatory

The warranty provided is the written manufacturer’s
warranty. The warranty is outlined in the literature

has an active education program and offers a free
monthly newsletter, XTRAWise, which covers a wide
array of patient and caregiver topics. This publication
has been in circulation for over four years. Topics
have included: avoiding caregiver injury, legal
issues in the workplace, rotational therapy and
the obese patient and warm weather skin complications.
In addition, a self-study CEU program on bariatrics
is available for your nursing staff. |

Clinical
Case Studies - Three clinical
case studies, utilizing SIZEWise Rentals, L.L.C.
products, were presented at the 2002 W.O.C.N.
national meeting. In 2003, five (5) clinical case
studies have been presented year-to-date at various
national venues. One of these studies won the
coveted blue ribbon at this year’s Wound
Ostomy Continence Nurses national meeting in Cincinnati,
Ohio. |
